Greer
Greer is a large town that spans a wide area, and it's home to GSP International Airport and the BMW manufacturing plant, along with many other major employers. That kind of job growth tends to bring more housing, businesses, and people with it, so I expect Greer to keep seeing strong growth over the next decade.
Downtown Greer is walkable and charming, with shops and a downtown park worth spending an afternoon in.
A few local favorites: Mavericks Biscuit House for brunch, Mr. Salsa and Wild Ace Pizza for lunch, and Great Bay Oyster House and Cartwright Food Hall for dinner.
